Incorrect or Incomplete Address Policy

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. (For example: must include suite or apartment number)

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

If the customer chooses not to pay the additional shipping fee, the order will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
